1. Where are you located?
We are located in Sea Isle Marina (Downtown Miami), right between the Biscayne Marriott Hotel and Trinity Church. Please
look for our Watersports of Miami flag by Pier #3, on the sea wall.
2. What are my parking options?

3. If I need further directions who should I contact?
Your Captain or Tour Guide has your information and cell number but the Captain or Agent on Duty cell number is on your
reservation confirmation letter.
4. Can I bring more people than I originally reserved for?
Unfortunately this is not a matter of space or money whether you can bring additional friends or family onboard.
While our boats are larger than the average rental or charter boats and registered up to 15 people, we obey to US Coast
Guard regulations at all times whether moored or underway.
What does the above mean?
Our Charters are 6 (six) passenger maximum plus the Captain, some of our charter Yachts meets the maximum 12
Our Rentals are 10 (ten) passenger maximum, and we require a proof of existing or prior boat ownership of at least 3 years,
captains license or you are welcome to hire your own captain who has valid/active license.
5. Is there a Cooler onboard? Can I bring my own Food & Beverage?
All of our boats and yachts are equipped with XXL coolers or refrigerators in certain instances.

6. Do you have stereo system onboard?
We have Premium Audio system onboard and you are welcome to bring your own music. Most systems has audio jack
cable connection, USB or Bluetooth connectivity options
7. How can I reschedule or Cancel my Trip?
We require at least 72 (seventy-two) hours notice to cancel any appointment.Cancelations or rescheduling within above
timeframes, we charge 50% to your credit card. "Skipped" reservations will be charged in full to the card number with which
they were held. Coupons will be redeemed. Appointments made within 72 hours are automatically subject to cancelation
Miami Watersports reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unforseen circumstances outside Miami Watersports control
